H9 Tower

Designed by Mohammed zanboua at NOAH architects, hhe H9 combines simplicity of solid volumes that maintain the overall shape elegant and easy to read. The position and situation of the H9 tower inspired us to include two main volumes that controlled the whole design process; a box that is paralleled to the main street and oriented to the south, and a cylinder attached and perpendicular to the box. In order to keep the overall composition balanced and stable, straight rectangular parts unfold from the main cylinder to form wide luxurious balconies overlooking the south-west. However, the addition of these parts played an essential role in the omission of other parts to keep the plan area suitable and achieving a net area of 8000 sqm.
